Calling Iomega Technical Support
Iomega also offers live technical support for all your
troubleshooting needs.
Before calling Iomega Technical Support, please have
the following information available. Also please turn
on your computer and call from a phone near your computer.
- Previous customer number, if applicable.
- Serial number of your drive.
- Make and model of drive (e.g., Jaz®
2GB SCSI Drive).
- Make and model of computer.
- Operating system used (e.g., Windows®
98, Mac® OS
8.6, etc.)
- List of any other hardware installed on the computer
(e.g., printers, CD-ROM, etc.)
- Iomega software version (e.g., IomegaWare
V 2.0, etc.)
- Exact description of the problem and any error messages
received.
