Getting Started

Here's how to get started using your HipZip^™ player:

1. Unpack the HipZip^™ player and accessories.

   NOTE: The two PocketZip^™ disks provided with the HipZip^™ player have several sample music tracks from various artists. Feel free to listen to and enjoy them. If you wish to change the content on your PocketZip disks, delete the existing files and use your audio management software to transfer new music tracks to your HipZip player.

2. Install the IomegaWare software and the audio management software provided for the HipZip^™ player.

   NOTE: Installing IomegaWare^™ software installs the drivers needed on your computer to support the HipZip^™ player. If the necessary drivers are not installed, the HipZip player may not be recognized by your computer.

3. Connect your HipZip player.

4. Use your audio management software to create audio files, organize playlists, transfer audio files to the HipZip^™ player from your hard drive, and more.

5. Play audio files on the HipZip player.

*40MB where 1MB =1 million bytes. The capacity reported by your operating system may vary. The HipZip^™ player will also use Iomega Clik!^™ disks. Illustrations may not match actual contents.
