Use the following steps to determine if you are using an incompatible video card:

Refer to the documentation that came with your computer or contact your computer manufacturer to determine the exact hardware installed on your system. You may use the following steps to help determine your video card:

1. Click Start, select Settings and then click Control Panel.
   
   
2. Double-click the System icon.
   
   
3. Choose the Device Manager tab.
   
   
4. Locate Display adapters and then click the plus (+) symbol to view the video card installed in your system.
