Use the following instructions to cancel your iStorage account.

1. Log in to your iStorage account.
    
2. Select Personal Settings.
    
3. Click the Cancel Account button. 

   Important: Before cancelling your account, be sure to copy any files you wish to keep to another location. All files will be deleted automatically when you delete your account, ensuring the privacy and security of your information.

4. Read and follow the directions carefully.
    
5. Re-enter your password and click Cancel Account.
    

   Important: If you cancel your account before the scheduled monthly payment date, your credit card will not be billed for that month. If you cancel after the scheduled monthly payment date, that month's service charge will be billed, but no additional billings will occur.
