Troubleshooting an Iomega® parallel port drive not detected with a Xerox® WorkCentre® 450cp

In order for the Iomega® parallel port drive to be detected with the Xerox® WorkCentre® 450cp, you must remove the Xerox Works Application from the Windows® StartUp group. This can be accomplished by the following steps:

  1. Right-click Start.

  2. Choose Open.

  3. Double-click the Programs icon.

  4. Double-click the StartUp icon.

  5. From the Startup window, drag the Xerox Works Application icon to the Desktop.

  6. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
