Troubleshooting an Iomega® parallel port drive not detected with a Xerox® WorkCentre® 450cp Document # 10356.html
In order for the Iomega® parallel port drive to be detected with the Xerox® WorkCentre® 450cp, you must remove the Xerox Works Application from the Windows® StartUp group. This can be accomplished by the following steps:
Right-click Start.
Choose Open.
Double-click the Programs icon.
Double-click the StartUp icon.
From the Startup window, drag the Xerox Works Application icon to the Desktop.
Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
