HP® multifunction devices maintain a bi-directional communications between the computer and device. This may cause a conflict while trying to use your Iomega® parallel port drive. With the HP 370/380 multifunction devices, the bi-directional communications cannot be disabled. To use your Iomega parallel port drive and the HP 370/380 multifunction device together, you will need to install a second parallel port on the computer. Please contact your computer dealer for advice and instructions on installing a second parallel port on your computer.
