The Canon® BJC 610/620 printer requires bi-directional communication with the computer for normal operation. This interferes with the Iomega® drive's ability to communicate normally through the parallel port. To work around this issue, you can download and install the non-Windows Printing System
(non-WPS) driver for the printer. More information and a download link to the driver can be found on the Canon Web site at http://www.canon.com
