Important: If you are having problems detecting your parallel port drive in Windows® 98/95 and you have printer software installed (the printer need not be attached), check the version of Iomega® software you have installed. If you have a IomegaWare version under 2.5, upgrading to the latest IomegaWare software will correct most issues with parallel port software on your computer. The IomegaWare software can be downloaded from the Iomega web site at

If your drive is still not detected, use the following instructions to disable the HP® OfficeJet 1150C Status Monitor.
