How
can I tell if I am a member of the class?
The class includes anyone who purchased an Iomega Zip®
Drive at retail or through an authorized original equipment
manufacturer between January 1, 1995 and March 19, 2001.

When
will the settlement take effect?
The court's order approving the settlement has been appealed.
The settlement will not take effect until and unless that
appeal is resolved in favor of the settlement.
How
do I exclude myself from this settlement of the lawsuit?
The time period for exclusion from the lawsuit has now closed.
Do
I need to do anything to participate in the settlement?
Any class member wishing to participate in the settlement
had to complete the Request for Rebate form to receive the
information necessary to participate in the instant or mail-in
rebate. The time period for submitting the Request for Rebate
formclosed on September 6, 2001. Rebate Request forms are
no longer being accepted.
How
do I participate in the Rebate offered in the settlement?
If you properly completed a Rebate Request form by the September
6, 2001 deadline, then you will received the rebate participation
information if the appeal of the court's approval of the settlement
is resolved in favor of the settlement. You do not need to
do anything else until you receive the Rebate Certificate
information.
If you
submitted a Rebate Request Form online, follow the directions
you received at that time to retrieve the rebate information
once it is made available.
What
are the rebate amounts?
Section 6a of the Notice describes the different rebate amounts
provided under the settlement. Click

Why
are there two different rebate amounts listed in the Notice?
Customers who had a "manifesting clicking problem"
with their Zip drive qualify for the higher rebate amount.

How
do I get a rebate certificate?
The time period for submitting a Rebate Request form, as described
in the Notice, closed on September 6, 2001. Rebate Request
Forms are no longer being accepted. If you properly completed
a Rebate Request Form by the September 6, 2001 deadline, the
rebate participation information will be sent to you automatically
if the appeal is resolved in favor of the settlement. You
need do nothing further until you receive the rebate participation
information.

May
I combine the rebate from this settlement with other rebates,
sales or special offers?
In certain circumstances, yes. Section 6a of the Notice explains
the terms of the rebate program. Click

Can
the rebate be used on non-Iomega products?
No. The settlement provides for rebates on Iomega products
only.
Can
I get cash-back on a past purchase instead of sending in a
rebate?
No. The rebates offered under the settlement are only for
purchases of certain Iomega products after the settlement
effective date.
