Your pay will be strongly influenced by the results you deliver and Iomega's overall business performance. When we exceed our business objectives and you perform at the highest level, you'll have an earnings potential to match.
Profit Sharing
The Profit Sharing Plan is designed to allow employees to share in Iomega's success when we meet or exceed business plan objectives.
This Plan is designed to pay out on a quarterly basis according to your participant designation and company profitability. Profit sharing will be prorated based on hire date.
Incentive Bonus Plan
The Incentive Bonus Plan is designed to provide incentives and rewards for the management team to meet or exceed business plan targets and other corporate objectives.
