How do I use the wizard included with Easy CD Creator™ version 3.5c to burn a data CD using my ZipCD™ drive?

Easy CD Creator™ makes it easy to create your own custom data CDs with your ZipCD™ drive. Please use the following steps to create an data CD using the wizard included with Easy CD Creator version 3.5c.

    Note: To find what version of Easy CD Creator you are using; open the Easy CD Creator application, click Help and About Easy CD Creator to view the version number.

  1. Place a blank CD into your ZipCD drive.

  2. Click Start, Programs, Iomega® ZipCD and Easy CD Creator.

  3. From the Adaptec Easy CD Creator Wizard window, click Data CD.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Use the navigation window to browse to the location of your files or folders.

  6. Highlight the file or folder you want to add to your CD and click Add Now.

    Note: Continue adding files or folders until you have added all of the selections you want. If you make a mistake and want to start over, click Back. To see a list of the files and folders you are adding to your CD, move the Easy CD Creator Wizard screen to view the main Easy CD Creator window.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Click Perform the test.

  9. Click Next.

  10. Click Create CD now.

  11. Click Finish.

  12. A window will appear with information about the writing progress. For more detailed information, click the Details button. To cancel the process, click the Cancel button.
  13. Note: The CD tray on your ZipCD drive will open just before the CD creation process is complete. This is normal.

  14. When the CD creation process is complete, click OK.

You have now created your own custom data CD using the Easy CD Creator Wizard.
