Why won't Iomega® HotBurn® Pro erase my DVD-RAM disc? Document # 11978e.html Even though the Erase button may appear after inserting a DVD-RAM disc when using Iomega® HotBurn® Pro, the software cannot erase DVD-RAM discs. DVD-RAM discs must be formatted using the right-click Format option in Windows and only after HotBurn Pro is installed.
