Some files when copied from a CD-R or CD-RW disc will have the file attrubutes changed to "read only". If you receive a "read only" error when trying to modify a file you copied from a CD, use the following steps:

1. Right-click the file you copied from the CD and then select Properties.
   
   
2. Remove the check mark next to Read only.
