This error is caused by the install shield. To correct the error, use the following steps.
STEP ONE - Manually remove the HotBurn® files
- Double-click the My Computer icon.
- Double-click the C: drive icon.
- Locate and double-click the Program Files folder.
- Locate the HotBurn or HotBurn Pro folder and single-click the folder.
- Hit the Delete key and click the Yes button.
STEP TWO - Reinstall the HotBurn software
