Why doesn't Iomega® Mini Lock recognize my Iomega Mini USB drive on my laptop? Document #11528e.html Certain laptop models have floppy drives that connect to the computer via a parallel port connection. The Iomega® Mini Lock software will not recognize the Iomega Mini USB drive when the floppy drive is disconnected from the parallel port. Plug in the parallel port floppy drive and Iomega Mini Lock will recognize the Iomega Mini USB drive.
