If your computer is freezing, hanging or locking up after installing the Iomega® Mini USB drive, follow the steps outlined in this document to resolve the issue.

1. Disconnect the Iomega Mini USB drive from the computer.
   
   
2. Restart the computer without the Iomega Mini USB drive connected.
   
   
3. Once the computer has finished restarting, connect the Iomega Mini USB drive.
   
   

If the computer is no longer locking up, your drive is ready for use.
