If the LED is blinking rapidly, data is being transferred to the Iomega Mini USB drive. DO NOT unplug the Iomega Mini USB drive when data is being transferred or data loss could result.

If the LED on the Iomega® Mini USB drive is slowly blinking, it is safe to unplug the drive from the USB port. A slow pulse means that the Iomega Mini USB drive is not in use. Follow the steps below to safely remove the drive.

1. Launch the Iomega Mini Control Panel.
   
   
2. Click the Eject button on the Control Panel console.
   

   

3. Click OK on the prompt that says it is safe to remove the drive.
   
   
4. Unplug the Iomega Mini USB drive from the USB port.
