Can I create CDs from audio cassettes or LPs?
Document # 11143e.html

CDs can be created from audio cassettes and LPs if your sound card has a line in connection for your cassette or LP player and you have software that can convert the audio into computer audio files such as MP3 or Wave files.

The MusicMatch™ software that ships with your CD-RW drive supports audio cassette and LP conversion. Please visit the MusicMatch Web site at http://www.musicmatch.com/home/ and select the 'Beyond the Basics' tutorial for information on how to convert your audio cassettes and LPs into computer audio files. All support for MusicMatch software is provided by MusicMatch.

Once the audio is properly converted you can then use your Iomega® CD-RW (ZipCD™) drive to burn the audio onto a CD using the CD creation software that came with your drive.
