What should I do if I experience problems creating discs using the Samsung® CD/DVD-ROM drive as the source drive when using Iomega® HotBurn® or HotBurn® Pro? Document #11132e.html There is currently a problem with the background communication between the Iomega® HotBurn® or HotBurn® Pro software and Samsung® CD/DVD-ROM drives. This problem makes it impossible for the HotBurn software to set the speed for the Samsung drive. Because of this, the Samsung drive may cause buffer underrun, sense key or other CD creation errors if used as the source drive when burning your CDs. Iomega suggests that you use your CD-RW drive as both the source and destination drive to help correct this issue. This will copy the information directly to your hard drive and help prevent CD creation errors.
