What should I do if the hardware eject button on my CD/DVD-ROM drive does not work while using Iomega® HotBurn® or HotBurn® Pro

To help correct this problem, please ensure that your CD/DVD-ROM drive has the latest firmware update. Please contact your computer or drive manufacturer for the latest firmware updates for your CD/DVD-ROM drive.

If you are still having problems ejecting your discs, try using the Windows® software eject option. Please use the following steps.

  1. Double-click the My Computer icon.

  2. Right-click the icon for your CD/DVD-ROM drive and select Eject.
