Easy CD Creator™ makes it easy to create your own custom data CDs with your Iomega® CD-RW (ZipCD™ 650) drive. Please use the following steps to create a data CD using Easy CD Creator version 4.02c or higher.

Note: To verify what version of Easy CD Creator you have; open the Easy CD Creator application, click Help and About Easy CD Creator to view the version number.


1. Click Start, Programs, Iomega CD-RW (or Iomega ZipCD), Features (not required in all software versions) and Easy CD Creator.
   
   
2. Click File, New CD Layout and click Data CD.
   
   
3. From the Explorer window, which is the top portion of the Easy CD Creator window, navigate to the location where your data files are stored.
   
   Note: Video and graphic files, such as MPEG, AVI, JPEG, etc., can be added to your disc.
   
   
4. Click the data files you want to add to your CD and drag them into the CD Layout window, which is the bottom portion of the Easy CD Creator window.
   
   Note: All Iomega CD-RW (ZipCD 650) drives are capable of writing to 700MB or 80 minute CD-R media.
   
   
5. Place a blank CD into your CD-RW drive.
   
   
6. Click Create CD at the top of the Easy CD Creator window.
   
   
7. Choose the settings you desire from the CD Creation Setup window.
   
   Note: You can view more CD creation options by clicking the Advanced button. If you would like to keep your settings as the default settings, click Set as Default at the bottom of the CD Creation Setup window.
   
   
8. Click OK.
   
   
9. When the CD creation process is complete, click OK.
   
   

You have now created your own custom data CD.
