Why do I receive a blue screen or the drive stops responding while using my Iomega® CD-RW Predator™ drive? Document # 10809e.html You may receive a blue screen or your drive may stop responding if the USB or FireWire® adapter is not connected securely to the back of your Iomega® CD-RW Predator™ drive. To correct this problem, press firmly on the adapter to ensure that the connection is secure. Note: The USB or FireWire adapter may detach or the connection may become insecure when the Iomega CD-RW Predator drive is handled or moved frequently or if the drive is not on a flat surface with the cables properly supported. Warning: Do not handle the Iomega CD-RW Predator drive while it is in use. Data loss can occur if the adapter detaches or if the connection becomes insecure.
