Opening Easy CD Creator™ or CD Copier Deluxe™ in Windows NT® 4.0 can cause a blue screen and the error message "IRQ_NOT_LESS_THAN_EQUAL" to appear. This error message can occur if bus mastering (Direct Memory Access) is enabled on the IDE devices on your system. Please use the following steps to help correct this issue.

1. Download the DMACHECK.EXE file available from the Microsoft® web site at http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q191/7/74.asp
   
   
2. Run the DMACHECK.EXE and use it to disable bus mastering on your computer's IDE channels.
   
   
3. Restart your computer for the settings to take effect.
   
   Note: If you receive a message stating "DMACHECK.EXE is valid, but is for a machine type other than the current machine", then bus mastering (DMA) is not supported on your system and is not the cause of this error message.
