Use these steps to erase a CD-Read-Write disk (CD-RW) using the Adaptec® Toast™ software:

1. Launch Toast and insert the CD-RW disc into the recorder.
   
   
2. From the Recorder Menu pull down to Disc Info.
   
   
3. Click the Erase button.
   
   
   
   
4. Choose one of the three options:
   
   
   • Cancel: To abort the Erase operation
     
     
   • Quick Erase: To quickly erase the disk for use with the Toast software
     
     Note: If you use Quick Erase, you must use Toast to write to the disk.
     
     
   • Erase: To format and erase all data from the disk
