STEP ONE - Select the backup options
- Click Start, select Programs and then Iomega Backup.
- Click 1-Step Backup.
- To use the default settings, select Backup Now. The default settings will back up your entire hard drive to the first Iomega drive on your system. If you wish to configure 1-Step Backup, continue with the next step.
STEP TWO - Configure 1-Step Backup
- Click Start, select Programs and then Iomega Backup.
- Click 1-Step Properties.
- Click the General Tab.
- Click the Change button.
- Select the Iomega drive you wish to back up to.
- Select the File Selection tab.
- Click the plus sign (+) next to My Computer.
- Select the drive(s) or files(s) you wish to back up. A check mark will appear when a directory or file is selected.
Note: If the checked box is gray, only some of the files are selected within the directory.
- Click the plus sign (+) next to the drive to expand the selections.
- Click the directory(s) and/or file(s) you wish to backup. When a directory or file is selected, there will be a check mark in the box.
- Click the OK button.
STEP THREE - Start the backup
- Click Start, select Programs and then Iomega Backup.
- Click 1-Step Backup.
- Click the Backup Now button.
