Iomega® "Save Everything" Sweepstakes Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary.

Sweepstakes begin on 9/01/2004 and run through 9/30/2004. Sweepstakes open to all legal U.S. residents, who, at the time of entering, are at least 21 years of age. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the sponsor, its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other entities associated with this sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

There are 3 ways to enter. 1.) Attend the Iomega® "Save Everything" mobile tour, fill in the entry form at the event location, and deposit the entry form in the provided drop box. The entry from must be filled out in its entirety to be eligible. This includes name, complete physical address, and phone number, 2.) Enter online at www.SAVEEVERYTHING.com by completing and submitting online entry form, OR 3.) Hand print your name, complete physical address, age and phone number on a 3"x5" card and mail to: Iomega® "Save Everything" Sweepstakes, 1878 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610. All entries must be received by 10/7/04. One entry per person. All entries become the property of the sponsor.

Winning:

On or about 10/14/04 independent judges will randomly select prizewinners from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone initially and prize details and prize claim procedures confirmed in writing within 24 hours of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Judges decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for (2) two to the VH1 Big in '04 awards in Los Angeles, CA. Trip must be taken November 30, 2004 - December 2, 2004. Trip includes round-trip coach class airfare, from major airport nearest winner's home, for 2 to Los Angeles, CA, round-trip airport to hotel transfers, 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations, 2 tickets to the VH1 Big in '04 awards on Wednesday, December 1, 2004 at The Shrine Auditorium and car service to and from the event. All other trip related expenses (i.e., room service, telephone charges, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize trip: $2,000. Four (4) First Prize Gift Baskets to include a Super DVD Writer, a Floppy Plus 7-in-1 Card Reader, an 80GB USB 2.0 External Drive, and a 128MB USB 2.0 Mini Drive. ARV of First Prize Gift Basket: $490. Two (2) Second Prize Gift Baskets to include a CD-RW 52x32x52 USB 2.0 External Drive, a 128MB USB 2.0 Mini Drive, and a Floppy Plus 7-in-1 Card Reader. ARV of Second Prize Gift Basket: $200.

All prizes will be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $4,360. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Claiming Prize:

Winner of the Grand Prize must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 7 days of written notification, or an alternate winner will be selected.

Conditions:

Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or postage due entries. Entries void if mechanically reproduced, defective, altered, forged, or if submitted/obtained outside authorized channels. Entrants agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, their representatives and agencies, for any liability, loss, or damage, as a result of entering this sweepstakes, and/or acceptance and /or use of any prizes offered. Winner must be able to travel during designated time period. Inability to travel on said dates will deem winner ineligible and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner consents to the use of their name and likeness in subsequent advertising, without additional compensation, at the discretion of the Sponsor.

To obtain written confirmation of winners please send a self-addressed stamped business-size envelope by November 14, 2004 to Iomega® "Save Everything" Sweepstakes PO Box 25086, Rochester, NY 14625.

Sweepstakes Administrator:

The National Sweepstakes Company, 693 East Ave., Rochester, NY. 14607, is responsible for overseeing the awarding of all prizes, and its decisions will be final regarding the conduct of this promotion.
