Iomega Corporation Announces Annual Meeting to be Held May 15, 2002

SAN DIEGO, May 10, 2002 - Iomega Corporation (NYSE: IOM) today announced that the company's 2002 annual meeting of shareholders will be held Wednesday, May 15, 2002, at the Wyndham Garden Hotel, 5975 Lusk Boulevard, San Diego, CA, at 10:00 am Pacific Time. The record date for the annual meeting, as previously announced, was March 20, 2002, and only shareholders of record on that date are entitled to vote at the meeting.
