Iomega Partners With MediaBay for
Club Iomega
ROY, Utah,
December 4, 2000 - Iomega Corporation (NYSE:
IOM), a global leader in data management solutions,
today announced MediaBay, Inc. (NASDAQ: MBAY) as an
initial partner in providing unique content to Club
Iomega, the company's recently announced multimedia
content site.
Iomega and MediaBay.com will partner
to develop and promote a co-branded audio download subscription
service through which consumers can access selections
from MediaBay's library of over 50,000 hours of audiobooks,
old-time radio, and audio versions of newspapers, magazines,
and newsletters. Club Iomega will also offer members
free MediaBay downloads, such as an old time radio adaptation
of "It's A Wonderful Life."

Club Iomega will allow consumers
to download select digital audio content from MediaBay.com
