FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Iomega Partners With Multimedia Contant Providers For Club Iomega Debut

ROY, Utah, November 9, 2000 - Iomega Corporation (NYSE: IOM), a global leader in data management solutions, today announced television.com, Independent Pictures. Inc, MediaBay, Inc. (NASDAQ: MBAY), and iball Media, Inc. as initial partners providing exclusive content to Club Iomega, the company's recently announced multimedia content site.

Club Iomega's exclusive media content site will feature a television.com sweepstakes offering a day on the Vancouver set of the new syndicated one-hour show, Andromeda, starring Kevin Sorbo (Hercules), and created by Gene Roddenberry (Star Trek). Independent Pictures will provide Club Iomega members with a movie trailer, interviews and photos from the upcoming movie, "The Prime Gig," starring Vince Vaughn, Julia Ormond and Ed Harris.

Next week, Iomega also teams up with television.com at one of the industry's top trade shows, Comdex Las Vegas, to launch Club Iomega. Lexa Doig, who plays Andromeda, will be in attendance at the booth on Monday, November 13, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. to promote the new series and sign autographs. Visitors to the booth can have their picture taken with the star, and then return to see their photo displayed throughout the week on the new Iomega FotoShow(tm) digital image center.

"Because of our unique position as an online resource for everything about television, and our solid partnerships with broadcast and cable networks, we are able to work with brand marketers to bring them exciting television content," said Wendy Winks, vice president of corporate marketing and partnerships, television.com.

Iomega and MediaBay.com will partner to develop and promote a co-branded audio download subscription service through which consumers can access selections from MediaBay's library of over 50,000 hours of audiobooks, old-time radio, and audio versions of newspapers, magazines, and newsletters. Club Iomega will also offer members free MediaBay downloads, such as an old time radio adaptation of "It's A Wonderful Life." For music enthusiasts, iball Media will offer exclusive audio downloads, webcasts, and online experiences from a wide range of music genres. Throughout November, iball Media will be providing select audio downloads from jazz legends Les McCann and Keith Anderson, as well as invitations to upcoming webcasts of leading R & B, hip-hop, and jazz artists.

Club Iomega will allow consumers to download digital audio content from select partners to the Iomega HipZip(tm) digital audio player and Iomega PocketZip(tm) disks.

"By bringing together access to content from many media companies at a single site, Club Iomega is going to help answer a consumer need for compelling content that is easy to find," said Germaine Ward, vice president, software and e-business solutions, Iomega Corporation. "Club Iomega and its partners will bring together content that is available nowhere else on the Internet for an exclusive period, making Club Iomega a site worth coming back to and a site that will enhance the consumer's digital life."

Iomega Zip disks destined for retail sales worldwide, beginning in January, will also contain a link to Club Iomega. Iomega ships nearly five million Zip disks a month, offering Club Iomega partners the opportunity to reach a broad customer base.
